– 2 king beds, 2 queens, and a sofa bed in the bonus room that can easily sleep 2
– stacked washer and dryer with a sink
– 3 smart tv’s, 2 in the master bedrooms and one located in the bonus room

– 2 indoor parking stalls
– 2 outdoor parking spots on the driveway and plenty of street parking

Staying Rules
Airbnb rules
– 25 years & below are restricted from booking. Guests with a new account and or zero reviews may not be approved for booking.
– No additional unregistered guests
– Max 10 registered guests.
– Quiet Hours 10pm – 7am
– Any excessive noise complaints will result in immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.
– No smoking / vaping indoors.
– Smoking must be outdoors and away from the property. Please dispose of butts responsibly.
– Any damages, stained linens and/or towels will be documented and charged back to you.
– Any reservation date changes within 5 days of checkin will not be accepted and the cancellation policy will be in effect
– Extensions will be permitted pending availability
– Any property issues and problems must be reported within in a timely manner. Any issues reported at end of the stay will not warrant any further discounts or refunds as we need to be notified in order to have the opportunity to rectify or fix the
