Once your property is active on Airbnb, our fee is only collected once a guest checks-in & a payout is issued. You will not be charged if your property is vacant.

We collect 15%-18% property management fee of the nightly rate + cleaning fee.

The cleaning fee is charged to the guest. We collect the fee & arrange for the cleaner to arrive at the selected checkout time.

Yes. Each city has their own regulations for short term rentals.

Absolutely! If you need to stay in your property or have family coming to visit, then block off the required time in the calendar so no other guests can book it.

Yes! You will need an insurance provider that will insure short-term rentals. It’s typically a bit more expensive than regular home insurance. Contact us for more information regarding this matter.

We have a 3 month minimum contract. Afterwards it’s month to month. Please note that there is no fee if your property is not rented.
