Tony and Christine have done such a wonderful job making the process easy; from start up to operation. Their experience and knowledge in the successful set up and operation really took a lot of the guess work out the process. I had some original hesitations around whether this model would work for me, but Tony took the time to review my individual situation, gave me feedback around what I could expect which really helped minimize any concerns I was having and was amazing to work with throughout the process.
Both Christine and Tony have been incredibly detail oriented and have considered things that I would not have even thought of.
This has made the switch to short term rental such a breeze and I have full trust in their management of the property. Christine and Tony are amazing to work with. They have been so professional and knowledgeable since the first meeting when I contacted them saying I am interested to list my brand new townhouse for short-term rental. They have provided me so much insight on the setting up process and worked with me on the furniture budget and what are the must haves in the unit. I am amazed how they worked their MAGIC to get my property furnished and running as short-term rental within 3 weeks of possession of the house. We got our first booking within the first week the listing went live. Super responsive and provided updates along on the setup process to provide me a piece of mind that I can trust them with my brand new unit and they would take amazing care of it. I can see how proud they are of their work and the dedication to set up the rentals as home away from home. They also have an amazing eye for design and details.(the decor looks soo well put together and gives you a sense of home ..and also the little things like.. extra towels, throw pillows, how guests are going to access the house, plastic utensils for children and... many more! ). I would totally 100% recommend Citybnb to anyone!!!
I’ve stayed at multiple Airbnbs hosted by Christine and Tony. The Airbnb’s are always beautifully designed, comfortable and have all the amenities that really make you feel at home. Their communication is great and you can tell they love what they do. I have recommended their BnB’s to friends and will continue to do so!
I am impressed with Tony and Christine's focus on making sure the property is well looked after and that the quality of guests is kept as high as possible. They do an excellent job vetting guests and will decline questionable guests if called for which is money out of their pockets as well. It is that quality over quantity attitude that I think will make this a successful passive business.
We've also been happy to tap into their insights of the industry. There is a lot of things we would not have thought of if we had just jumped into this ourselves and as a result avoided a number of headaches we would have had to learn the hard way as a result of their recommendations.

Christine & Tony have been nothing short of amazing in helping us turn vacant/long term rentals into short-term income producing AIRBNB's. They are a team that is incredibly diligent and have a process for everything. Tony has a strong understanding & perspective of cost vs return, thoughtfully building a budget for furniture that meets the demographic and target market of our BNB rental. Christine sweats the little things that personalize and bring an "experience aspect" to a particular BNB. She is incredible in addressing even the most miniscule details that will have guests returning for additional stays and sharing the experience with their friends and acquaintances. CityBNB has been the best decision we made for our Airbnbs. Since they've taken over management off them we've seen an increase in our booking rate and profit. They provide amazing customer service to the guests, and are ensuring all house rules are followed and even follow up with guests to pay for damages, something I simply didn't have time for and had to absorb that cost myself.
On top of that, they are so amazing and easy to work with. They are quick to answer any questions (and trust me I can have a lot of them at times lol). Plus I love how transparent they are with all aspects of running the Airbnbs. I really cannot recommend them highly enough!

We previously left our brand new property to a different management company and was left with an extremely disappointing experience. Over the course of 1 year we had instances of terrible cleaning between guests, lack of communication on issues relating to the state of the property and the utter lack of accountability for missing property. Being a new property this was especially painful as issues that were under warranty was ignored and not informed to us. With CityBnB they went above and beyond in turning the property around by fixing major issues and revamping the feel of the unit.
Being overseas and with covid going on, it’s really difficult to fly back to check in. When we interviewed Citybnb and we were blown away by how professional and responsive they were. Having a full real estate background, they are familiar with appropriate rental pricing and have great marketing skills. Their system towards managing the property, screening clients and having checks on renters is extremely robust.

They are so professional, quick to respond, and have all the systems and processes in place that my home is managed without me hardly ever having to lift a finger. I’ve made good income renting my property through them. They’ve kept my home clean and tidy, found the best renters, and even in one situation where a renter was a bit rowdy, they handled it with grace and I didn’t have to worry about it one bit. I highly recommend their service and I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else!
