– The basement is currently occupied however tenant is rarely there. Basement is completely separate from the upstairs unit.
– Street parking only
– The garage is not accessible.

It is the responsibility of the guest to read all information posted within this listing. Booking means you understand and accept the conditions of staying in this home.
– We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if booking is done on behalf of someone else.
Security deposit :
– You may be charged up to $1,500 for any damages.
A damage fee of $35 ( per linen set ) will be charged if linens are damaged with a stain that cannot be removed.
No Parties :
– Absolutely no parties. Complaints from surrounding neighbors/properties will result in guests having to vacate the property with no refund.
$400 fine for parties
Quiet hours : 10pm-7am
No smoking / vaping:

Smoking is permitted outside. The guest must dispose of the butts responsibly.
$300 fine for smoking inside the home
Getting Around
Connor’s road access to downtown, within a 7 min drive from Roger’s place. 5 min walk from future LRT. 6 min drive from Whyte Ave.
Staying Rules
– 25 years & below are restricted from booking
– No additional unregistered guests
– Maximum 6 people
– Quiet Hours 10pm – 7am
– Any noise complaints will result in immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.
– Any stained linens and/or towels are subject to a $35 fee per set if we ca
